When you are booking your appointment, we will tell you about the dentist/hygienist you are going to see. If there is someone in particular you would like to see, please tell us in advance.
Call us on 02-44-777-52. Just make sure to do so 48 hours before your appointment time, because we reserved the schedule specially for you, and our appointments are in high demand.
At the end of your initial visit, we will get you scheduled for the next visit before you leave.
You should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
You can either use the guest parking at basement level 4 (P4) Centro Capital Center (Hotel Guest Slot), OR you can use the mawaqif paid parking around the building.
You should carry your Emirates ID if you are a resident or Emirati national. Visitors and tourists of UAE should present a copy of Visit visa or Passport.
We accept Daman, Thiqa, ADNIC, and Tricare on direct bill basis. If you have a different insurance provider or you have any questions at all about your coverage, please give us a call 02-44-777-52.
If you are a new client and do not have dental insurance, inform this to the receptionist to calculate the maximum cost for your treatment beforehand, so you will never be surprised by a higher-than-expected-bill. We can also provide reimbursement forms for other insurances.

Teeth whitening is completely safe. Dentists and Hygienists have been successfully whitening smiles for decades, and the procedure is very predictable. Although there is a chance of sensitivity for a short time afterward, it will not damage your teeth in any way, and any mild discomfort will only last a day or two.
