With over 10 years in the Health Sector, Natasha Suleiman, a Pharmaceutical graduate from Jordan University, was the perfect candidate to help establish and lead the team of ICDE into success, overseeing day to day activities, reporting, and client’s relationship management. Natasha alongside the team, excelled at taking ICDE from “zero to hero”.
During her schooling years, Natasha was an active participant with Operation Smile and the missions conducted in Jordan which helped restore the smiles of patients with cleft lip and palate. Ever since then, she somehow felt fascinated and connected to the dental and medical fields.
After joining ICDE and in less than 2 years, Natasha has been critical in establishing relationships with different major entities, such as schools, embassies, and other major corporations. Her strong operational skills, high moral ground and infinite loyalty have helped set her apart from her counterparts in the market. She has become expert in the field of negotiations and securing purchase deals for ICDE.
Natasha’s managerial abilities are inherent as much as they are acquired. Her number one rule is “lead by example”, never preach if you are not a living example of what you speak of.
Natasha is absolutely adamant about knowing the business inside out, the clinical, the admin and everything in between. Her team is her number one ally and the key to her success and the center’s.
On the off chance that she has time to spare away from ICDE, she travels, does Pilates and Barre and exceptionally enjoys going to the shooting range.
